One of the most popular weight-loss trends is the inclusion of cinnamon and honey in your daily diet.


People mix this combo with their tea, eat it themselves or use it as a top for cereals and other foods. But can you lose weight just by eating cinnamon and honey?



What's so good about cinnamon?
