Evidence Behind The Supplements

The Clean 9 Diet contains three supplements that are said to help you lose and lose weight.

Aloe vera gel

The main supplement to the Clean 9 diet is aloe vera gel.

Aloe vera gel is made with the inner gel and pulp of aloe leaves. Bark and outer sheets are removed during processing.

The inner part of the blade is made up of 98.5 to 99.5% water. The rest contains some soluble fiber and sugars.

It contains small amounts of amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, some organic acids, and anthraquinone which is a known laxative.

Aloe vera gel has been linked to benefits such as improved digestive health and weight loss. It is also believed to have antidiabetic, antibacterial, antioxidant, and antitumor properties.

However, evidence of these effects is primarily unknown or based on animal studies. There are very low-quality human studies to support this.

A study of rats found that aloe vera may show promise as a weight-loss agent.

A human study has also been done. It did not treat 136 obese people who had type 2 diabetes or predisposition and found that those who took aloe vera capsules lost 4% more body fat than those who took a placebo.

However, there were some errors in the study that made it unclear whether fat was lost due to randomness.

Garcinia Plus

Garcinia Plus capsules contain Garcinia cambogia extract.

It is a weight loss supplement made from the fruit of the same name.

Garcinia cambogia contains high levels of hydroxy citric acid (HCA) which is the main active ingredient.

Some claim that taking it as part of a diet and exercise program helps burn more fat and helps reduce appetite.

Animal and human studies investigating this claim have had mixed results.

A recent review found that people who took Garcinia cambogia lost 2 pounds (0.88 kg) more weight than those who took a placebo. There was no difference in weight when they only looked at the most reliable readings.

Overall, it’s not clear that Garcinia Cambogia reduces your appetite and helps you burn fat. The evidence is mixed.

Always therm

The Forever Thermal Herbal Supplements in the Clean 9 Diet are being claimed to give you an energy boost and boost your metabolism.

The main active ingredients in this supplement are raspberry ketones and green tea extract.

Drinking green tea has been linked to increased metabolism.

However, its effects on fat burning are believed to be minor and do not apply to everyone, especially if you drink caffeinated beverages regularly.

Raspberry ketones are natural compounds found in red raspberries that have been investigated as weight loss agents.

To date, almost all research related to raspberry ketones has been done in animals or test tubes. In these studies, they have been associated with burning fats but only in very high doses.

It is impossible to achieve the same dose in human cells without 100 times the maximum safe dose, which is not recommended.

Only one clinical trial has investigated the effects of raspberry ketones in humans. This study has shown some weight loss.

However, this study does not really support any claim regarding raspberry ketones because you have also used diet, exercise, and other supplements.

SUMMARY:

It is not clear whether the supplements included in the Clean 9 Diet will help you lose weight or reduce your appetite. The evidence is mixed.

Does the Clean 9 diet work?

Like all commercial diet programs, Clean 9 Diet has many reports of both success and failure stories.

However, at the moment, there is very little scientific research to investigate the effectiveness of such diets.

Although the Clean 9 Diet has not been formally studied, the plan is very low in calories, making you more likely to lose weight in the short term.

However, there is a chance that some weight will be lost due to weight loss and stored carbohydrates without body fat.

If you do not make long-term changes to your diet, you will probably regain all of your weight as soon as you start eating normally.

As for the detox aspect of this diet, many report an increase in strength and feeling better after the detox. This is likely due to the elimination of alcohol and other unhealthy foods from your diet rather than a special "detox" effect.

SUMMARY:

If you are on a diet, you will lose some weight in the short term. Whether or not you maintain weight loss over time will depend on your lifestyle.

Safety and Side Effects

There are several side effects and safety concerns that you should be aware of if you decide to use the Clean 9 Diet.

People who follow a very low-calorie diet may experience fatigue, nausea, headaches, nausea, and dizziness.

Although aloe vera is generally tolerated and considered safe, it can cause some unwanted side effects in some people.

Some side effects of aloe vera reported to the FDA include stomach problems, nausea, dizziness, and fatigue. Liver toxicity has been reported in rare cases with allergic reactions and continued use.

It is also not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as it can lead to early contractions in pregnant women and breastfeeding can upset the stomach of babies.

The Clean 9 Diet should be used with caution in people who are diabetic due to the low calorie and carbohydrate content of diabetics, and with which aloe vera gels can lower blood sugar.

Other supplements have no side effects. However, the side effects and safe dosages of these herbs are not well studied either.

SUMMARY:

The Clean 9 diet should be safe for most people. However, some people, including pregnant and lactating women, should avoid it.

BOTTOM LINE:

If you follow them, low-calorie diets will help you lose weight in the short term.

Clean 9 is no different than a diet. Your plans and structural rules can help some people start a healthy eating plan.

However, this plan is expensive and there is little evidence to support the use of a companion pack.

Additionally, most dieters regain lost weight.

Personally, I'll save my money considering the limited evidence and the high price.

The Clean 9 diet may be helpful for some people who want to lose weight quickly for a special occasion, but it is not a long-term health solution.
