What is yoga? 

 

The international day of yoga has been celebrated annually on 21 June. The word yoga comes from the word 'yuj', which means union. The concept of yoga (various body postures and postures) that is now in vogue around the world has been around since the time of the ancient Indus Valley Civilization.
