 Eat two pieces of meat and 10 ounces of fish. You can eat tomatoes.   You can eat brown rice or cottage cheese instead of meat.

Although diet can help you lose weight fast, it is high in fiber but low in protein, carbs and fat. Because of this your body cannot receive the necessary nutrients. A GM diet can cause metabolic disorders in your body, which can make it harder for you to maintain your body weight. Other side effects of GM diet. 

 

1. There is also weakness, headache and hunger pangs. 

2. There is no research system to support this. The biggest side effect of the GM diet is that it is not evaluated by research on how well it works. Nothing is known about diet other than unknown evidence. 

 

3. The diet is claimed to include "negative-calorie foods" that store fewer calories than they supply. 

 

             Although some foods require more calories to digest than others, there is no evidence to support this. 

 

 4. The GM diet lacks important nutrients The diet is not balanced. So most days of the diet provide relatively low amounts of protein. 

 

 Participants In a six-month study of 65 participants, high-protein diets showed 8.4 pounds (3.8 kg) more weight loss than high-carb diets. 

 

On top of these issues, the diet lacks many other essential nutrients. For example, the first three days are very low in fat, vitamin B12, iron, calcium and much more. 

 

5. Weight loss on a GM diet can be temporary Most of the weight in this diet can be the weight of water rather than fat. It can break down glycogen in your body, an energy-saving molecule found in the liver and muscles. Glycogen retains large amounts of water, so as your glycogen stores decrease, this water loss causes you to lose weight faster.
